We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues – Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items – Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Second hand goods sold in ‘as is’ unrestored condition cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items: second-hand books, gift vouchers, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email enquiries about exchanging an item to [email protected].
Refunds – We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping – To return your product, please mail to: Clockwise, PO Box 1181, Launceston TAS 7250.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100 it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
